Nick was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, accommodating and thorough. We had a slight flare-up of ants a few weeks after the initial treatment and Nick returned within the hour to spray the problem area with no charge! You don't get service like that much anymore.

Tony contacted me within a half hour after my initial call and arranged services within 24hrs. Pest Pro staff are professional, personable and very knowledgeable in their work. The services offered are reasonably priced. Tony and his staff answered all my initial questions and continue to quickly respond to my phone calls when I have new questions. I feel much better knowing I am utilizing a pest control business that has been established in my home state of Maine rather than having to use a national business - I want my money supporting one of our Mainers rather than a CEO sitting in the tropics!! Thank you Tony!!.

Tony showed up on time. All of my questions were answered clearly and were easy to understand. Their truck, uniforms and equipment were clean and well maintained. Tony and his helper were totally professional. Also, they applied the product in exactly the manner described. I have been impressed by Pest Pro and have signed up for their quarterly maintenance.
