Contractor responded very qucikly to my service magic request and provided service within 24-hours.  Contractor showed up on the time promised and sent a representative who did a thorough job of trouble shooting.  The contractor identified the problem without unnecessary delays. Past experiences with other contractors have delayed identifying and resolving the problem in an attempt to justify time spent on job based on a rating/charging system of an hourly/1/2 hour intervals.

Your company and its employees are courteous, have knowledge, understand my concerns and finished the job in a very reasonable time at a very reasonable price.  My Radiant Heating system is working very efficiently. The original contractor had misplaced the pump and it was in the wrong place. You diagnosed the problem and moved pump where it was needed. Replaced the temperature and pressure valve.
