Excellent experience. From start to finish. Dealing with Manager of the Company Sal who comes to the site to give estimates to the finish of the job everyone was pleasant and efficient. You should ask for Mike and Barney who carried out my move. They were excellent--they worked so hard and efficiently on a hot day and did it all with a smile. I will use this company whenever I have any sort of move again and recommend them to anyone I know needing a mover.

Sal was responsive and not pushy - he listened and was able to assure me that my move would be no problem for his team. They moved me on a holiday and were nice, quick and careful. I even saw on the invoice that Sal had written down the concern I had expressed about the woodwork in my building. There were no bad surprises later - nothing was broken or scratched or damaged in any way and they even helped me put together my new desk. The total move took less time and cost less than the estimate. The total cost was very reasonable, especially considering what a great job they did. I highly recommend Personalized Moving!

Truly personalized. The only company that offered to come to my home to see exactly what I was moving so I'd get the right estimate, and have questions answered. Sal is nothing but professional and kind and takes all the worries out of the move. The team was brilliant! Everything done within time estimated, nothing broken, no walls damaged. I recommend Personalized Moving in a heartbeat to anyone planning a move.

Sal and his men did a great job on the move. Prior to the move we spoke several times, including late in the evening to accommodate my schedule. Sal was always available on cellphone, and they worked fast and efficiently. I offered to buy the team lunch, and they refused because it would slow them down (on my nickel!). They knocked out a light in my building and immediately reimbursed the super. They seemed trustworthy and reliable and I'd happily recommend their service to others. They did go a little over budget, but I saw how they were working and was OK to pay it.
