Project: Clean Carpets or Rugs in a Home

Douglas from Personal Touch came and cleaned my carpets today -- a big challenge for him because the carpets were EXTREMELY soiled and stained. He completed the cleaning in two hours, and did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! He was polite, personable, competent, and VERY comfortable to have in my home. Thank you for the reference to this service. I would definitely call him again -- only this time before it got so bad!!:-)
