City: Everett Project: Concrete Driveways & Floors - Install Personal Niche did a fine job on the driveway.  I was very pleased until I hosed it off and discovered a large puddle had formed on one side of it. <br /> <br />They tried to… Read Complete Rating Personal Niche did a fine job on the driveway.  I was very pleased until I hosed it off and discovered a large puddle had formed on one side of it. <br /> <br />They tried to correct their mistake by creating extra drain lines.  This helped to drain off the extra water.  But as long as it’s raining (and it rains a lot in our area) I have a large unsightly puddle in my driveway for the all to see. <br /> <br />Several months later we called in several contractors to see if the low spot could be repaired.  They all agreed that it was graded wrong and not just in the low spot.  Because of the poor quality of their work, we can not have the driveway repaired.  It will have to be torn up and redone. Then on the first rainy day after the project was complete, a great deal of water pooled against the foundation of the house, I called to report this and the next day they came out and put a less than attractive stress relief line in the cement, this did not alleviate the condition and a further call has gone unanswered. $4,500,00 for the project was excessive considering the outcome. <br /> Rating: Provided By: Audrey B.
