I felt like I had to ask the tech all the questions to get a status of where we stood on repairing our unit. Perhaps it was a personality thing, but the tech was somewhat reserved until mid way through the service call when he finally opened up a little and provided us with some information regarding fixing our inoperable airconditioning unit.
