There was a little mix up in the paperwork that I signed, but that was corrected by them coming to my office and having me sign the correct paperwork. I didn't have to go out of my way. I was not home durring the instilation (my husband was) and he said that the guys that came out were very professional and quick. I really liked that they took the old unit with them. I was under the impression that the furnice unit was going to be smaller then it is, but I rarly go into that room so no big deal.  See All Ratings
