They overcharge for their services, feels like I am dealing with a horrible used car salesman. They charged my credit card to come out and look at the issue, tried to upsell me on a bunch of parts and labor. Charged my credit card again without my consent for them to order the prats for me, and still haven't seen anything. I suggest if you want to use this company, do a little research and be careful.

Good technical expertise but exceptionally poor customer service. Missed first appointment. I have an old spa that was not heating. They came out and diagnosed it as a bad high heat switch but since the control box had been bypassed, they did not recommend fixing it. I present that here to say I hired them to see if they COULD fix it, NOT tell me whether or not I SHOULD get it fixed. After explaining our positions, they agreed to refund $35 of the $120 total trip fee. I have been waiting a month and have not received it yet. "The person I need to talk is out" was the frequent response.

On time made repairs fast and correct. Honest about other repirs that were rquired and help save us money on a big ticket item. Thanks for there service.

Project: Hot Tub or Spa - Install or Replace
Everyone should hire Premier Spas, and James, his knowledge is over-the-top. If mice had not eaten the tubes to ours, we would still have our Spa for family fun. James will be up-front and suggest great ideas, such as the smaller the spa the less the waste you will have with water; we got told that a 8 person hot tub is great to look at but not cost effective. If an when we purchase another, James will be our Contractor of choice.
