I was called about my problem. We discussed it and I was able to take care of the problem myself. I had purchased four 25lb bags of black sunflower seeds. I had them in my dinning room and didn't realize that because they were stored outside of the store I purchased them at, they had larvae cocoons all along the seams of the bags. Once they hatched they crawled all over my walls and ceilings. I purchased a large container to store the seeds in outside. Now I don't have the problem. But I appreciated the prompt call and guidance I received.

They patched an opening in the gutter that rodents were using to enter into the attic. 6 month after their repair, the whole gutter fell off with the board they installed. The installation was faulty so I had to spend more money fixing their mistake. We contacted them and they promised that someone will contact us, but they never did.
