Paul kept me advised of their scheduling, and they showed up when they said they would. The roof looks good, they cleaned up the area well, and I am very satisfied with the work.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Paul Perkins came in person to inspect and measure our roof. It made me feel good that he actually inspected and measured the roof not from the ground like some of the other contractors but on the roof. His quote was lower than I had expected but I chose Perkins because of his personal contact and years of experience. His crew was very prompt and professional completing the job in just over 1 day and the cleanup left no sign of debris when they left. The quality of the shingles and other material Paul uses is top of the line and the job looks great. RGB

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Paul Perkins, the owner worked with me to schedule the project, however there was some miscommuniction about the starting day of the job. The majority of the project was completed in one day and the installers came back the next morning to finish the job and clean up any old roof debris, nails, wrappers, and vacuum the roof. Overall I would say that I am satisfied with the job done. I like the lifetime warranty on labor.

put roofing over rotten wood very rude would not recommend for any job not even a dog house very rude said i had a mailorder bride and to take me to court because i won't pay the balance until job is done to my satifaction tihs job has been going on since 6/15/2011 job is not done sideing falling off and there is still no seamless gutters and oversized downs

IM very sorry that the only conclusion to this matter is court Paul Perkins works very hard to keep Perkins Quality Exteriors ratings at SeviceMagic & reviews at BBB At their very highest. I worked along with BBB and here is what they determined.. Satisfied with company's good faith efforts to resolve issues... We use BBB for all states we work IL,SC,NC,WI,TEN.

He talked me into doing the job right before an impending snow storm telling me he could do the entire job in one day but he couldn't.He then had to tarp the roof and put my tv antenna back.The antenna was put back incorrectly and blew off during the storm and was damaged.After they finished the roof, they put the damaged antenna back and he promised to pay for a new one.He never paid for it. The antenna again blew off the roof (I found out they put it up with just roofing nails).I had it replaced and have tried to call him back but he doesn't return my calls

This is correct i told him we could get it done before storm and storm hit sooner thn we all accpected. Im very sorry for are work connditions BUT my guys did a Fantastic job.The house never leaked during and still has never leaked till this day.As too antenna we temporaly installed so it could be installed later to the chimnney instead of through are new roof.I would be more than happy to pay for new anttena.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Perkins was the last company of the four I asked for a quote from. However; they were the most aggresive in accepting the job. They understood I had a fixed Budget and stayed within those guidelines. Setting up the date for work was quick and they were very cooperative. I am eagerly anticipating the end results. They start work tomorrow. Great people to work with.
