They were timely, efficient, and provided great customer service. They explained everything they were going to do and about how long it would take them and gave me the option of moving forward with the project or not. The were excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Steve came over to fix a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink and was able to arrive even earlier than he had expected. The project cost a little more than we had planned because he ended up having to go get a part and a garbage disposal that needed replacing, as well. We were happy with his work, however, and so far everything works well, except for a little slow drainage problem.

Quick and professional. They had the perfect chance to gig me; I had already agreed to a $400 item and when it turned out to be a lesser deal, they charged me less than $100. You don't see that kind of honesty very often. Thanks guys.
