Submitted the low bid by e-mail. I called and Caine Smith came out to look at the job the next day. He was here when he said he would be. He was very professional and friendly. He said that a crew would be here to install the door on a specific date and a specific time. The crew was here and completed the job in less than an hour as promised. I would definately recommend Performance to friends without reservation and was extremely pleased with everything from start to finish. There were no surprised. The door was exactly what we wanted and the crew did an excellent job in the installation. I was so impressed, I have given their business cards
