Tim and jis crew were prompt, thorough, professional, neat, and did top-notch work. The work was not inexpensive, but I don't know that we could have received this quality of workmanship for much less. You get what you pay for. These guys are good.

The quote from Performance A/C was comparable to other contractors. Since they are the main contractor for Costco, I was able to get 10% back on a Costco cash card. They came on Thursday and were finished by mid Friday. Very professional and the work is clean.

Jesus was friendly and knew what he was doing. He listened patiently while I explained our problem and went right to work fixing our A/C in a matter of minutes. I will use them from now on for our repairs. We were very very pleased!!

They were very nice, set me up with an appointment early the next morning. However the serviceman they sent was not the one they told me they were sending, and not extremely knowledgeable. I called the company mid-service and the owner called me back and made everything right. He was very nice, and helpful, and I would use them again.

The technician was very good - he recharged our air conditioner, and took extra time to look for a leak in the system. He was 30 minutes late to the appointment, after calling to say he was stuck in traffic, otherwise this would have been 5 stars for sure.
