perfecto was prompt, and on time, and actually the work they did was performed without incident or problem, my only complaint was that the original phone consultation I understood the special $85 gutter cleaning included the pressure washing of the gutters and downspouts, (which would have been an exceptional deal , and was a selling point he mentioned that prompted me to use them) when they arrive to do the work the pressure washing of the gutters became an extra charge. Other than that Eddie did a good job.

These guys were great. They got right to work, cleaned the gutters and sealed spots where water was leaking st the joints. They used a leaf blower on my porches to clean all the mess from the gutters. The place was spotless when they left.

Eddie with Perfecto was very responsive (within the hour) to our request via Service Magic about a roof leak. He scheduled appointment immediately same day, due to risk imposed by weather we had to reschedule following day, he called early about cancellation. Day of appointment called in route, and although we couldn't be home he located the problem area and did a through inspection of our roof and found other coming issues. All of which he repaired same day. Took before and after photos, emailed photos, and was very competitive, including 1 year warranty. I found Eddie to very enthusiastic about his occupation. Will use again!!
