Overall we are pleased with our new bathroom. There were a few added costs throughout the renovation due to some plumbing and floor issues that were encountered. But they handled them professionally and kept us informed throughout. Would definately hire them for any future work.

Perfection Renovation, Victor C. and his entire, regularly-hired and scheduled crew, are "perfectionists." Their attention to details, materials, and the recommended best way to do a job or solve a problem are unique in the construction/renovation field. Absolutely seek them out when you need home construction or repairs.

The work I received was less than was discussed. there was debris left all around the grounds after the job was complete. They never put in a full days worth of work as promissed. We had to continue to call them to get them to come back to finish the job. They do not put down floor coverings when they walk through the house. this is my own fault; after they left I found many spots that were not caulked as promised. Even though they have some short comings, the majority of there work was ok. I probably should have asked more questions and watched them more closely.

I am sorry you feel this way.. However we worked everyday in down pouring rain? and you wanted me to cut 4 days of work off because your sister was coming into town, and she couldn't see the house in mid completion.. I am sorry but being pushed for 4 days less than contracted in pouring rain??? I know of few contractor who would have even shown up. Additionally tarps were strewn all over the house and correct you were never there? not to mention having to complete work hired to other contractors for your new generator, of which $0 was charged?? If caulking on something was somehow overseen a Simple phone call would have resolved it promptly?

Didn't come on appointed day (Friday) or Saturday. Did come on Monday but with no explanation as to why initial time was not kept.

The owner was professional . He was able to explain clearly what their business could do to address my problem roof. I was confident that years of experience would yield a good outcome to my goal for a roof that would be installed to industry standards.
