Who We Are We are a licensed contractor for heating and air conditioning in the Greater Sacramento area.  Being a certified Trane Comfort Specialist™ means that our installation and service technicians meet the highest performance standards in the industry. Our specialty lies with Trane High Efficiency Comfort Systems, but our service technicians are trained to service all brands of equipment; we also specialize in hydronic heating systems. In addition, we feature the Heat-n-Glo line of fireplace products that can greatly enhance the value and comfort of your home.  And lets not forget wholehouse fans, which can save you money on your utility bills!   We have been in business since October 1981.  Bob Kennedy is the owner, and worked for the Trane Company for ten years back in the 1970's.  When he first started out, it was as a service technician for Trane, back when they used to sell and service their own equipment.  But in 1980, Trane decided to only manufacturer the equipment, and eliminate the sales and service side of the company.  Bob then went into business for himself, starting out servicing all of those Trane customers who were still in warranty, and the business has grown ever since.  Meet some of our employees!
