We are very pleased with the outcome of our basement. It’s exactly the way we imagined it. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. From the estimate to the contract signing, and then to completion, we’ve been very satisfied. We informed Vito of what was important to us before we signed the contract: workers arriving on time, working on the days specified in the contract, project completion near the date specified in the contract, quality, and no hidden charges. For the most part, those expectations were met. There were only a few things that could’ve gone better: 1. When it was time to pick out the carpet, the carpet guy was almost an hour late, which caused a ripple in our schedule for the day. 2. The scheduling of carpet selection should’ve started a couple days earlier. This would’ve allowed the carpet to be installed by the targeted completion date, instead of 2 business days after. 3. We were given an estimate of $500 for the items we needed to purchase on our own: paint, grout, grout sealer, ceramic tile, toilet, sink, vanity, exhaust, mirror, and light fixture. The paint alone was over $200, which left us with less than $300 for all the other items. Of course we spent over $300 on the other items (buying medium grade items), which caused us to go over our budget by a little over $200. We could’ve been given a better estimate for the items we needed to purchase. Despite the above, we’re still satisfied. You hear horror stories from others about contractors, and sometimes that will keep you from starting a project. This story is completely the opposite. We interviewed 4 other companies for this project, and Perfect Struction had the best price and the best presentation. Showing us a 3D image of our completed basement while giving us the estimate proved to be huge during the decision making process. We would definitely recommend Perfect Struction to everyone!!

We had our basement finished about 1 year ago and have been extremely happy with the quality of the work. The crew was very professtional and polite. The supervisor Bolgi was very knowledeabel and considerate. The proejct manager Jolanta was instrumental all through the project and always returned call very promptly. We received a lot of compliments for our basement, and mostly importantly, we now have a beaufiful lower level in our house, not just a basement! This is a perfect example of a job well done! I would recommend the crew to any of my friends.

The one thing I did not do was follow up with the supposed references before hiring. When initially discussing and quoting the job they came across nice and professional. Once given the jo, things changed. Workers failed to show to work four out of the fourteen working days which is roughly 1/3 of the time. Because of this they went over estimated time and asked for more money above and beyond what we agreed upon. Once I said no the quality of the work was poor and rushed at the tail end of the job. Poured grout all in my grass. did not even install all electrical outlet and phone line as per in the contract. I can go on. I will not recommend

We are very sorry to hear this customer was not satisfied. We were not aware until we received this review that he was not since he had signed off that he was satisfied at the end of the job. We work very hard to ensure our customers are treated like individuals, not just another job. We always try to go above and beyond our customers expectations. Had he communicated with us at the time we would have done everything possible to take care of him.

I hired Perfect Struction to finish my basement. They finished in 2 weeks which was the promised time table and I was very pleased with the results. I would recommend Perfect Struction to anyone. Their work is under warranty but hopefully I won't need it.

We had a wonderful experience with Perfect Struction. Their price was amazing and included everything we asked for from Jolanta. The work was completed in less than 2 weeks!!!!! The workers were very professsional. The craftmanship is wonderful and they were so respectful of our house during the entire process. I dislike it when people say they should take care of the dust better, come on, it is major construction. The crew tarp off all areas that were not being finished, turned off the furnace and kept the debis to a minimum. We have recommended them to friends and family (1 starts their project next week).

Perfect Struction gave us a great price! Jolanta, who provided our quote and remained our contact through out the project was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The work was done EXTREMELY fast! we had around 1200 square feet to finish and it only took them 2 1/2 weeks!

Very professional job!! I was a bit worried when only two guys showed up to finish my 800sqft basement in 3 weeks but they finished up in 3 weeks and 1 day!! Everybody I have invited over to see it has been very impressed with the workmanship. They even came back to trim the doors down after I had very thick carpet installed. Ask for Darek to be the supervisor for your basement, he was very easy to work with and often had better ideas than me for making it look professional! Thanks Vito.
