Project: Install a New Concrete Foundation
Hurricane Irene caused my foundation to collapse due to high flood waters. Perfect Property Services not only showed up when they said they would, but started the job on time, and did a beautiful job. From flood cleanup, to demolition of the old foundation, and building of the new basement, Chuck was always the professional. He went above and beyond to put the house back in better condition than it was to begin with. His masonry skills are unmatched in my book, and the replacement of the wooden deck, walkways, and stairs would impress the most critical. Chuck is fair, honest, and dependable.

Can’t give PP a high enough rating. Fantastic to work with, professional all the way, gave us great advice and is very detailed in their work! Liked them and their pricing so much we are moving forward with phase two of getting our yard in shape. Recommending them to friends now.

Expensive, but worth it. Design work was excellent as well as communication. Job was done professionally and clean up was excellent. I would definitely recommend them tp others.

Chuck from Perfect Property called me on the same day I placed my sod install listing, came over to my house a couple of days later to be able to do a proper estimate (no surprise charges!) and him and his team got the job done the next day. We have hired Perfect Property Services for shoveling and plowing after snows. They had a man here with a plow, ready to work, almost immediately after it stopped snowing. I would highly recommend Charles Randina's company. Very reliable and always available by phone!
