**** WE DO NOT PERFORM ONE TIME MAINTENANCE JOBS. **** We are Austin’s premier full service lawn maintenance and architectural landscape construction firm. We have two registered landscape architects & experienced landscape designers on staff. Since 1987 we have provided premier residential property care services in the greater Austin area. We have a licensed irrigation staff and a licensed special services division which allows us to provide the most comprehensive service possible to our valued customers. For those interested in reoccurring maintenance we provide an estimate at no charge. For non-maintenance customers interested in architectural landscaping we require a $75 consultation fee with a $500 minimum design agreement. Currently we require a $3500 minimum landscape installation. For current maintenance customers we waive the $75 dollar consultation fee. We provide exceptional care for your property through team participation, management review, excellent administrative support, outstanding customer service, quality control, and customer feedback. - Over 150 years of combined experience within our staff - Uniformed crews - Over thirty five radio dispatched trucks for immediate response - Manned office from 7:00 A.M.- 4:30 P.M. with professional staffing - Owners on staff - references and portfolios available - Licensed Irrigators, Licensed Lawn Technicians and Registered Landscape Architects on staff - Customer references proudly provided upon request
