I spent almost four hours cleaning after she and her partner left.  She charged me more than she had given me an estimate for because she said I did not say it was a deep cleaning.  She showed up 22 minutes late. <br /> <br />She wasn't sure how to clean granite or slate or even the shower glass doors. <br /> <br />I used a magic eraser after she left and got it all clean - no problem. <br /> <br />I was really disappointed and too embarrassed not to pay her. <br /> <br />During the initial call I told her I wanted a very thorough move-out cleaning for a place that was going on the market.   She said "two people, two hours"... and I said... "are you sure?"   So disappointing overall! <br />

As soon as I sent my information in I got a call from Agata.  She was able to work with my schedule and arrived early.  She and her partener whipped the place into shape sooner than they thought they would.  I will be calling Agata at Perfect Home Cleaning again, they did a lovely job.
