These guys did an excellent job on refinishing our hardwood floors! The crew was professional, very detail oriented and even cleaned up after the job. I recommend them highly!

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Crew did a restoration of engineered hardwood floor. Prompt, made sure they cleaned up after sanding floor, Mannie followed up to ensure job was done to our satisfaction. We weren't satisfied with a couple of areas that weren't fully covered by the polyurethane coating. He sent out additional staff person to correct the areas. Overall very good and we are satisfied that they restored the floors to as new appearance as was possible.

Several issues with this company: didn't give us a list of what we should do (ie. cover items from dust) until AFTER the work was done, so the house was a big dusty mess when they left. We had requested that we keep the carpet that they removed as this is a brand new house and the carpet was less than one week old and they destroyed the carpet and threw it away. They did do a price adjustment, but that didn't nearly cover the price we paid for the original carpet. On the other hand, the work they did was great; it looks absolutely beautiful. They need to improve communication between salesman, office staff and installers.

Manny's installers were professional and conscientious and did a great job laying the engineered wood floors in my son's and daughter-in-law's home. As a result, I also hired him to have a porcelain tile floor installed in the adjoining kitchen, which also came out great. The only issue we had was with keeping a time agreement. Manny had said his crew and he would be there between 9 -10 am, but his crew showed up at 7:30 am, waking my daughter-in-law. The crew stated they were told by Manny to be there at 7:30 and Manny stated he told them to be there at 9-10.

So far, we are very pleased with the carpet and flooring installed. We also had carpeted stairs redone with laminate flooring to match LR/DR floors. This required some painting on the steps which 4 other contractors advised they 'do not do painting'. Chad's reply was 'we can do that' and they did. They were not our cheapest quote but were but were competitive and we liked the fact that they would do what we wanted. I would recommend them.

They gave me an estimate which was in line with other companies. And they were professional. But I have not seen their actual work yet. Still waiting on Insurance filings.

Manny and his crews did great work. They were professional and kept the job clean and moving. There was always noticable progress every day. The craftsmanship was exceptional. We weren't hit by any unforseen extras and they were always very honest. The only issue I could say we had was a little miscommunication between the office and the installion crews. Any issue we had with the work was tended to immediatly and corrected to our approval. I would highly recommend Perfect Floors to anyone. It's nice to see such a good contractor out there when there seems to be so many bad ones.

Perfect floors did a good job. The job took a little longer than expected, but it wasn't a big deal. I'd have no problem using them in the future.
