The owner of the company was very professional, and seemed like she would be easy to work with. She keeps her staff accountable by having a supervisor on each job as well as giving them incentives for a job well done. The crew missed a room and the owner, took care of it that day!

I had to have them come out twice for one job, b/c what was supposed to be done was not. Then I gave them one more chance, and the lady who came to clean still did not get the job done. My fiance had to go behind her and point things out. It is not our job to babysit the maid. I informed the owner of the problem the first time and she said she would take care of it. But she did not. I will not be using this company, nor would I recommend it.

The ladies were very friendly and professional. Although there were some cobwebs and dust left behind (windows, corners, and ceiling fans), they stuck around during my walkthrough to make sure those areas were addressed. Fantastic job on a filthy oven!
