I am a serrvice magic pro and Mr Perez is def a great AC guy. He was profesional and came on a saturday. took him ten minutes to track the problem down, and find what needed to be done. We ended up hiring him to do our annual cleanning of the AC system so something like this does not happen in the future. I would highly recomend him to anybody. Thanks Perez
