They did a lovely job of my bathroom remodel.  It involved structural repairs, sheetrock, carpentry, electrical, faucets replacement and tile work.  They also stripped the wallpapaer and retextured and painted the walls. <br />I gave them a key and the alarm system password.  I had no security issues and they always reset the alarm. <br />

Mr. Perez and his crew did an outstandiing job on our bathroom.  The bathroom was a complete remodel from floor to ceiling (mold and mildew damage).  Mr. Perez not only gave us a competitive bid he also had other "visions" for our bathroom, which we absolutley love.   I highly recommend him, he stayed within his  time frame to complete the job, gave us periodic updates of the progession of work.  Mr. Perez has a professional and trustworthy staff.  My husband and I will definetly be calling Mr. Perez for more projects.
