Project: Install a Generator
We had 2 major projects completed by Penco at the same time. The first was an electrical service upgrade from a 100 amp to 200 amp service with relocating from one side of our home to the other side. The 2nd was a whole house generator installed. I've been in the construction business for over 28 years and can honestly say Paul and his entire team are top notch. The projects went smoothly on time and on budget! Not only would I recommend them, I have I've referred them to my own customers and will continue to do so! Penco's price and quality are simply the best I found. Paul thanks to you and your entire team.

After prompt installation ,it took 3 weeks to finish the project.

The generator install took one day to complete. The time it took to coordinate the final inspection with the village was 3 weeks.

Penco did a good job in the installation. They arrived with 4 people to do the job making it efficient. They put down protective covering on the interior of my home where they were going to be walking. They cleaned up nicely when the job was complete. I have recommended them to 2 other individuals who have had similar positive experiences.

Estimate came in higher then the others but we felt their professionalism and knowledge of the codes was worth the extra dollars. I am very happy with the choice, the work was clean and efficient, the customer service and communication was top notch, and they even followed up after the project to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Top Notch service, never had a contractor that was this customer service oriented. Well worth the extra dollars.

Everyone I talked with from Penco Electric were professional, courtious, and responsive. All my questions were answered. The project was completed as agreed upon. I would recommend Penco to family and friends.
