Project: Remove a Tree Stump

Elma was very responsive at first, but took a few phone calls to finally confirm a date with him. His crew got the job done as they say they would. Was expecting the machine to be bigger to get the stump lower but it was a relatively small machine. The price was reasonable. Overall, I would use them again for tree service.

We couldn't get the stump lower because it was very close to the retaining wall. I told the customer how far down we will leave the stump and He agreed and actully we left it much lower than expected.

Great response...did work within a week, finished in a little over an hour removing 14 6 ft shrubs and grinding stumps. Cleaned up beautifully.

He was right on time when he came for quote. His quote was very reasonable. He came and completed the job the same week. I didn't even need to be home, he left the bill and I mailed it in to him. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend PEMA to anybody who needs a tree cut down.
