We were very pleased with the promptness and quality of the work. The person who did the work for us, Elmer Palencia, called promptly the same day that I made request and it was a Sunday. He came the next day and gave a very reasonable estimate for removing a large limb and portion of the tree trunk that had come down in a storm along with cutting down the remaining 25 feet of the trunk. We weren't home when the job was actually done but it was done exactly as the contractor said it would be done. I would highly recommend Mr. Palencia's for other tree removal work or other jobs.
