Not sure why a "diagnostic charge" was necessary to get an estimate on repairs. Communication could have been better.

They actually conducted a heat loss study to determine what size boiler I needed. Employees were very careful and did a great job! Couldn't ask for any more from a company..

I was in a pinch, a broken furnace during an extended cold streak. They came quickly and did an excellent job installing the new furnace. Everything was perfect and very smooth. Would recommend strongly.

Everything was explained before they started and everything was done with a very professional way. All workers were very good and explained anything I wanted to know. The job is not quite complete because of work I had to do after the furnace was installed and then one return has to be installed. All work was completed and turned on and checked before they left. One problem came up and was corrected immediately. I would reccommend this Company to anyone if they were serious about having work done.

Gary (the owner) came to my condo to look at the heating and a/c unit. He brought all of his tools and was able to see what was going on with the A/c unit. He was up front with all of the options that I had from repairing to a complete new system. He went thru all of the money saving options with all the different a/c units from the rebates to the tax credits. I decided to go with a new energy effiiciant system and is looking forward to using my a/c in the summer without a huge electric bill.

Project: Repair a Tankless Water Heater System
Bill Morrissey arrived on time, knew his tankless heaters, was polite, professional and informative. THE best contractor I've ever had perform work; he discovered the issue (undersized gas line to unit) and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not possibly recommend this company any more highly - HIRE THEM!

Pelletier Mechanical services performed a very professional job and met all of their schedule and cost committments. As a licensed dealerof the leading AC brands, they were able to offer me incentives and information that I was unable to get from their competitors. I recommend them to other customers who are looking for professional and courteous service.
