Tom was fast, fast, fast on contacting me. Within minutes of my request to Service Magic, my phone rang. He was on time for his appointment and finished my appraisal report in a timely manner. He is very professional and I would recommend him to a friend or family member.

Tom was extremely responsive to my request. He knew I needed this appraisal done quickly so he kept our appointment, even in a snowstorm on a Saturday. He did a thorough job and was reasonably priced compared to the other bids. I would certainly recommend Peconic Appraisals.
