They contacted me the very day I received your e-mail.  I faxed them a copy of the <br />house inspection (roof report  info) we had done.  They assured me they would be out to look at the roof that afternoon.  I didnot hear back so I called .  They said they'd get out a full report with their credentials to me via my e-mail address.  When that did not happen, I called and left a message.  Needless to say, I never heard from them nor did I receive any report.  If this is any indication of how they handle perspective customers- BEWARE!!!
