Project: Repair or Service a Swamp Cooler
I used them a couple of times. They seemed okay but my tenant didn't seem to care for the guy. I still used them but then they did a nasty on me. They set up an appt. with me and then later refused to keep the appt. and do the work leaving me in a bit of a squeeze.

I had three contractors come out look at the job and provide me a quote. Al with Pearl Mechanical was prompt, had the winning quote and installed the cooler a few days later. Service was fast and friendly, need I say more.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
When they came, they said it would take 2 to 21/2 hours . it took 7 hours and the circulating hot water is not worhing properly the next day. They are supposed to call to arrange for correcting.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
The gentlemen that came out to install the air conditioner were very professional and personable. The quality of work so far seems to be really good. :) The only complaint I have is that we had ordered a side draft air conditioner but when they arrived they brought a down draft. They took it back to exchange it and ended up calling us saying that they were going to charge an $45 extra for a gas fee for having to return the air conditioner. I believe it was their mistake and we shouldn't have been charged the extra fee. But it was a take it or leave it attitude and even with the fee they were lower then some of the quotes we got.
