Every single person, from salesman Derrick McKean to the actual roofing crew to the head-office staff, was top-notch. Roof looks great, done in one day, help with insurance paperwork, fantastic!

Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair
Total Roofing sent an email but wanted a $40 fuel surcharge to come out an even look at the roof. Murray Roofing called, but I had already agreed to have Bryan come out...and I don't know if they really have anyone here in state or if they sub-contract to other roofing companies. Bryan did the repair for free since he found some hail damage and said the roof need to be replaced. I called my insurance adjuster and gave him Bryan's number. They are now working on the details of the repair!
