Project: Install or Replace Metal Roofing
Several Tasks, such as power washing and paint priming were not undertaken as per the contract. However, Peak was very good about reducing the overall price per my suggestion. The gutter work was performed better than expected.

Project: Repair Exterior Trim
Make sure you get a receipt from this company. I asked for a copy to be emailed to me, since I live in Germany and I have never received one. I needed a receipt to show my HOA that the work was done and had to use my ACH draft from my bank account. I also left messages on their answering machine and no one got back to me. I used my property mgr to assist with the repair and the invoice that he gave me was very vague. I would have liked to see the part number of the Gable that was replaced/ordered for future reference. I think their customer service needs improvement as well as their line of communication; especially its my home.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Vinyl Siding
Peak Roofing replaced vinyl siding on the exterior of my Arlington home after it was damaged in a recent ice storm. I was completely satisfied with the results and their service was impeccable. Despite a heavy workload, they called to set up an estimate immediately after receiving the referral. Their price was nearly 50 percent lower than the price quoted by another SM contractor. They called again when the work was done to be sure I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Work crews showed up as scheduled despite cold and snowy weather and did a great job including clean-up. Job was completed on time and for the agreed upon price.

Project: Install or Replace Seamless Metal Gutters
I needed my gutters replaced after the one on one side of my house fell off due to wind. Peak Roofing worked with me and my crazy schedule, waiting a couple of weeks after I signeed the contract for me to schedule a day for the work to be done. I wasn't home when the work was done, but I didn't even notice they had been there (except for the new gutters, of course). Customer service over the phone was spectacular. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and professional. They were very understanding and patient when it came to making payment,as I wasn't able to get the payment to them until about a week after the work was finished. Thanks!
