The great thing was that they fixed the roof the same day they came out for the estimate. My only complaint was that when the roofer went into the attic to look around, he moved the blown in insulation so he could walk on the ceiling joist, but didn't smooth out the insulation when he was done.  This left several holes with no insulation in my attic.  If I didn't go back into the attic later that evening I never would have known and my insulation coverage would have remained subpar throughout the winter.   Rating: Provided By: Bruce F.
