Project: Replace Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool
Great information in initial meeting. Very knowledgeable of products. Replaced liner and switched to salt system. Did not show up on any of the times scheduled and didnt communicate why. Called twice for two issues was scheduled to come out never showed up or called to reschedule. Didnt even call for follow up of job satisfaction or how products working.

When I installed this liner in the Spring of 2011 everything was perfect, no problem. The customer contacted me when they had a electrical issue due to lightning. After determining that it wasn't a installation issue I told them it was a warranty issue and they needed to contact the manufacture. We communicated via email and I haven't heard anything since July 2011.

Peak Pool & Spa actually lowered my water level and blew out the lines. The technician was very helpful and answered several questions about pool maintenance.

Peak Pool and Spa showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and took the time to answer all of my questions - which as this was my first time getting my spa professionally serviced I had a lot or questions. I would recommend them fo your spa servicing needs.
