Not good with concrete. I had them do an overlay of Permacrete and they left areas that looked awful! When I confronted the owner Bob about his mistakes he got angry and later apologized. There are still areas that don't look so nice and there are concrete bits in my flower beds. The walkway used to have straight edges but not has curved edges where they were sloppy. When I asked if this could be fixed they said that they would have to cut the edge and if they cut the concrete underneath then that is our problem. I would never recommend this company for any service. It was awful dealing with them and I want to spare other people.

Bob was very friendly. Bob called me within an hour of contacting Service Magic and within 2 days he came out to my house and provided an estimate to me. He was friendly, professional, very reasonably priced, and did an awesome job.
