final prices did not match initial estimate. Basic miscommunication factor, with no effort to adjust prices. If I hadn't paid 50% down to start, I would have canceled order. Quality of product was OK.
Comment from Peachtree Awnings
This customer changed the order after the order was originally placed and was already in production. Revision to custom work incurred additional charges for shop time. We tried to minimize the additional cost to the customer.

called and they came out the next day to measure - based on my schedule. Once I ordered the awning, it was ready for install within a week's time. Took 20 minutes to install - guys were great! Very positive experience from start to finish - would definitely recommend and the awning looks fabulous
