The windows were as described and were installed with efficiency and courtesy. Looking out through the bay window at my landscaping gives me a feeling of satisfaction and relaxation.

These guys were great, from the estimate to the pre-install, and the install. Cleaned everything after ea window was put in. Do yourself a favor and call em, you'll be happy,

Payless Thermo was a very good company to do business with. We had absolutely no problems along they way. Everything they said they'd do, they did and on time and their customer service was excellent. We had all the windows in our house replaced and we were very surprised at how well the installation went. They were quick, thorough, and cleaned up very well. We are very pleased with the energy efficiency and difference the DayLight Max windows have made in our home. I would highly recommend working with this company for any of your window and door needs.

Wouldn't schedule around my work schedule, when I did take off, they could only work 3 to 3.5 hours instead of the full day on the 1st day, they took another day off to play golf as it was his birthday, I had to leave them alone one day to be in the office & they forgot to telll me they broke a window (I found out by stepping on the broken glass with my foot), I had to tell them to use a level as the windows they were installing were crooked. They actually have one more window to install but I don't want them at my house. the windows look like I installed them rather than a professional. They charge my credit card before installation started
