They responded very quickly - they were at my house within about 2 hours from submitting the request on Service Magic. They were very nice and respectful and seemed to do a good job. My only complaint was that they broke the little caps that cover the bolts that connect your toilet to the floor and instead of replacing them, they just caulked them to the toilet.

Payless Plumbing came through for me and my tenant when another plumber we had an appointment with stiffed us and did not show up - Payless came earlier than scheduled and did the work to fix my tenant's plumbing emergencies (my tenant was scheduled to entertain!) - I don't know if their fees are considered moderate or "pricey", but me and my tenant appreciated that Payless Plumbing was reliable, courteous, and professional, especially when we were in a bind! Thank you Payless Plumbing for coming through for us!! I would (and probably will) use your services again.
