Company was upfront, professional, friendly. They provided sufficient materials regarding their product; answered all questions,. Installers were on time,; checked all vents; cleaned up after installation completion. Received call next day to ensure job was completed satisfactorily.

The cmopany responded quickly and finished the large project in about3 hours. They also made small repairs to some duct work and inspected the soffits. After I walked through the attic they quickly responded to some of my concerns and increased the amount of insulation in areas to above the 18 inches originally ordered.

Ended up removing and replacing about twice the square footage as originally bid. Work was satisfactory, staff was personable, however a lot of churn could of have been avoided with more attention to detail on original bid.

I worked again with Casey and went ahead and insulated my external walls in my 1904 home in the Montrose area of town. I am glad I done this and already have noticed the difference with the cold weather we have been having. I wish I would of had this LONG ago. Go Payless, I can't wait to see how it affects my AC bil. I just know I can finally keep my house at a constant temperature.
