They had the best quotes & personnel were friendly. Danny did a thorough job & even made an extra run to Home Dept to pick-up a 2-ft section (instead of using a 3-ft section that would have stuck out too far above the roof-line for my liking). Overall good!

Tim Grossly overcharged for a part. A part he insisted was worth $345 turned out to be made in China and available on the internet for less than $15.

Arrived on time, friendly. Have not yet decided to either repair or replace evaporative cooler at this time based on the cost to repair or replace. Neither cost is within my budget at this time. I will call Payless and let them know of my decision not to do anything at this time.. Thank you
