Project: Blinds or Shades - Install or Replace
He complained about the steps in our 3 level townhome, he complained about how much work there was to be done, he was supposed to secure the blinds with a screw but he didn't - discovered by having the blinds fall out when pulling on the cord, we had someone else fix it and then we were told this voided the warranty.

I hired Paul and this was a bad job- Did not do the work correcly- replaced a door and did not size the door correctly- door tiled in also. I had to take all this out with the framing and redo it all myself

I don't know how I could have sized the door wrong since the customer bought his own door. Some of the opening had been doctored up by the owner and I tried to install the door according to his work. Bad decision.
