Experienced guy, nice behavior. Only drawback is that he charged me 75 dollars just for a couple of minutes job, which is really frustrating when we consider the present economic condtions..... he could have reduced the charge, based on the work he has done.

Paul called me first thing in the morning and gave a morning time slot such that he can finish the repairs and I can go to work. He showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem. Fixed everything within the estiamted time and charged me a reasonable fee. Will definitely recommend.
