Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Exterior Elements. Corey Fager was nothing but professional and kept his word. It was a little scary to hire someone states away, but they did an awesome job on replacing the roof in our rental property. I plan to use them again to install siding in the near future.

Paul and Corey walked the roof, prepared a very professional, detailed, and competitive quote including pictures, brought samples of shinglesfor comparision and color choice, and communicated with me every step of the way through the process. They completed the project as scheduled. I am very pleased with their work.

Project: Install or Replace Metal Roofing
There are a lot of roofers who say they do standing seam metal roofs - trust me, I contacted several of them to quote my roof. Many of them, judging by the photos they sent of their work, can do fine work on commercial buildings. But for my 100 yr-old residential home, I had a lot of special project needs and not a lot of budget. The only roofer who could meet my needs was Paul. While Paul was very busy and hard to get a hold of up front, once he started the project, he continually provided me with updates and photos on the progress of the project. Paul also went above and beyond with the extra details and did a great job cleaning up.

After reading the reviews about Paul Golin Construction, I knew the quality work was there but was concerned that the price would be high. In fact, it was the lowest bid which made Paul Golin Construction very competitive. Paul had the best presentation with before pictures and had step by step details of what the scope of his work was to be. His attitude with the customer's satisfaction in mind was very assuring. There is no doubt that I am very happy and satisfied with my dealing with Paul Golin Construction. Thank you Paul Golin Construction and ServiceMagic for putting me in contact with such professionals in the middleTennessee area.

Paul's crew replaced our roof shingles. He presented a detailed proposal and his crew did everything that the plan called for. The repaired roof is superior to the original. The crew did some minor damage, otherwise I would have awarded five stars.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
This was our first time ever to replace a roof on our home and from the moment we contacted him, Paul was a true professional. He arrived the following day with shingle samples and was quickly up on the roof to prepare a detailed report (complete with pictures) and estimate for tear off, new felt, 30-yr shingles, and a ridge vent. Paul's estimate for the work was slightly higher than what we received from other roofers, but my wife and I were so impressed with him that we felt he was the best person for the job. Our new roof took 1 day to complete and looks great. Paul's crew did an excellent job, followed by a very thorough cleanup.
