I chose the Basic service, but modified it to exclude two of my four bedrooms.  The ladies were assigned to clean natural wood flooring; kitchen; three bathrooms...I am somewhat pleased with the work that was done of a stubborn shower, stovetop, and a 20-ft. mirrored wall.  However, I was surprised at the quality of products and equipment used, which left streaks and stains on the wood floors and mirrors.  We had to go behind to remove streaks,  stains, and dust. In this case we needed heavy cleaning, so they washed windows, cleaned blinds, light fixtures, and shampooed the carpet, and much more, in addition to a regular cleaning job.  They were absolutely fantastic.  Will I use them again?  You bet -- next week.  And I'm sending them over to my mom's house, too! My mom was very pleased with the cleaning however when I went to look at her house knowing the services provided on the list of a basic cleaning I was a little disappointment- window sills, light fixtures and things such as the back of the toilet seat were not cleaned.  I have mixed feelings but I would give them another try!  See All Ratings
