NEW EQUIPMENT ESTIMATES & 2nd OPINIONS ARE FREE. We service all makes & models. There's a $45 service call fee which is waived if we do repair. Repairs are at "flat-rate" pricing. We disclose the cost of the repair first, then you can choose to move forward or pay the service call fee and part as friends. We generally are about 20% less than our competitors, in some cases even 30%. We would prefer not to give quotes on repairs over the phone to price shoppers without seeing the scope of the job first. We use better parts and technicians than most companies in order to confidently stand behind repairs for 1 year. We are willing to negotiate pricing as long as it is before any repair begins, not after. We consider many factors when giving the initial estimate for repair such as accessibility, difficulty, liability, budget, distance, availability, temperature, day of the week, etc. Patriot Air, Inc. is committed to "protecting your comfort" with excellent service at an affordable price.
