Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
After Patriot replaced the furnace, City Inspector cited me with a violation for not having screws in the uptake flues. Their salesman could not keep up with his written quotation. On salesman's initial "assessment" visit, he missed the crack (4 inches long) in the heat excahnger bulk head, which was staring him right in the face! I told the salesman I wanted a quote to replace 40 gallon hot water heater, and with a drip pan, he missed it on quoate and NOW i had to pay 150 extra to have them come back. The techs installed the hot water heater within 3inches to the baseent wall,blocking access to the main water shut off. Poor paperwork.

Patriot Air Comfort Systems owner, Bill Kanipe, called me 1 minute after I put in a request. He was kind enough to give me a quote, by phone, (based on another quote & model numbers given from a company earlier). He said he would email me a quote within 24hrs. He was kind & honest & thorough & was even able to match a warranty given by the previous company. He arrived at my home right on time for the formal quote to be complete. The service gentlemen that came to my home were professional & respectful of myself & my home, laying out drop cloths & using shoe covers. The person giving me an energy inspection was informative on what I would be receiving & filled out all proper paperwork for AEP & Lennox rebates. I also want to mention Barb, the office manager, who was also kind & respectful, when I had to phone the office & knew me by name, from the recent order for service. I was very honored that she made me feel a welcomed part of their company. Bill even called the next day & came for his final inspection of the work that was done. It met his satisfaction & all was final. I was very pleased with the service I received & will definitely recommend Patriot Air Comfort Systems to anyone needing their services. Thanks, again, to Bill & all his staff.

Bill was quick to respond and it was a Sunday. We worked out the details and his crew was out and completed the install of a new furnace in a day.
