Project: Install or Replace Ductwork
He found the problem with my cold air returns, a twenty year problem. I've had three companies out to fix it and they couldn't begin to know what was wrong. Patrick fixed it today. Marvelous.

Repairman was on scene within an hour and a half of my call - and this was during a heat wave, so I was ready for a day or two wait. Professional. Gave me recommendations for cleaning of A/C and maintenance on top of performing the repair. Even came in under his original estimate!

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
Pat did an excellent job. He provided an estimate the next day and was very patient with the multitude of questions we had concerning all the possible units. He worked well with the electrician, in order to ensure that there were enough circuits to provide power for the heat pump and the electric furnace. Installation went smoothly and efficiently. Pat and Jake left the basement spotless. We are very happy with our new furnace, and would highly recommend Patrick Heating and Cooling to everyone.

Prompt contact and communication. Was excellent on scheduling and meeting changing customer needs. Was willing to adapt project as needs arose. Was willing to meet a restricted time schedule. I would recommend Pat to anyone.

I found the representative to be knowledgable. He was very patient in explaining each step of a new furnace installation, what I should expect from my new furnace. He was also very patient in answering all of my questions.

Pat and his worker did an outstanding job on our furnace. He was on time and made sure everything was to my standards before he left. When I would ask questions while they were working, he would stop and explain to me what he was doing. He was very good in explaining the process with installing a new furnace. We also had a steam humifider installed. Pat has called me a couple of times to ask me how everything was going and if I had any questions. I would most defiantly recommend Patrick Heating and Cooling to anyone.

It was a minor problem, but Pat didn't replace the burner which is what I expected. He fixed what was needed, showed up on time, called ahead, and was very polite.
