I had a really small job (>$100). Mr. Vautier and I talked about what I wanted to do over the phone and without seeing the situation. We arranged for him to come over when I got home from work at 7. He showed up shortly after - took a look - did the job - and since I didn't have cash (I didn't expect it to be done RIGHT THEN) he didn't mind if I sent a check. He was out of there in an hour. His courtesy, promptness, and trust was unexpected. I highly recommend Mr. Vautier.
