Beautiful work and attention to detail. The project manager that I worked with was wonderful. The patio space that I wanted enclosed was oddly shaped and not a candidate for a "slap-on" patio enclosure. The plans Rudy gave to me were beautiful and the finished product will be far lovlier than the images that I had in my mind to start. The company handled surprises with grace as when the inspector wanted more electrical outlets and the tile I chose did not look anything like the sample. Rudy never presured me into taking something I didn't want. This is a busy company, but once my job was started it progressed very quickly.

Absolutely beautiful work. Will definitely be spending more time outside. Great customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We were very happy with the communication with this company and their willingness to help us visualize what we can do in our backyard. They were very flexible with helping us stay with in our budget. They also arrived on time and as promised.

The patio looks great, but I would recommend signing off on the design first before they pour it. When they poured the patio it was not what was verbally agreed upon. They had to go back and change it. Also, when they moved the sprinkler head they left it above ground. We are still trying to get it resolved.

They did a wonderful job, but the job took 9 weeks to complete. Sometimes they did not work on it for nearly a full week. I feel it could have been done in three weeks. Quality of their work was excellent and the porch looks great.

For some reason, my project became too complicated for this company's executives. Sales personnel and construction personnel were courtesy and helpful, but when executives appeared on site that stop and was replaced by a parade of horribles visible only to the executive. His manner condescending and rude. We agreed that his company would not be welcome at my home in the future.

This individual had a deck overhanging a creek with a 20ft sheer drop into the city easment. He requested we come out to see what it was going to take for the project to work; once we began explaining the issues & what it would take, as well as the fact we had to check with the city of Dallas to see if they would allow it, he became VERY upset and began to yell! We where never rude we declined him
