They were able to rearrange their schedule to start immediately and put all of their crew on my job since I was running out of time to complete the project.  In addition, they were flexible with changes, trustworthy, hardworking and always there by 7 out by 5.  Needed a little instruction with the type of faux finish but once they had a sample, they were able to repeat it in a consistant fashion.  Did not have opportunity to see how they help with paint selection as I had an interior decorator.

They respond to my needs for ceiling texture work. But I had another project of painting the kitchen cabinets at one of my other properties, after I called they did how up and talked about the project, they also said they would send me a estimate for the project. But as of yet I have received no estimate, therefore I hired another contractor to do the project. I feel that if they don't respond to one project that they won't respond to my needs for another project.

When the estimator came to look at the job, we agreed that it was only a 2 - 2.5 hour job.  When they arrived to do the job, he also told his painter, who was an hour late in getting here, that it was only a 2 - 2.5 hour job. <br /> <br />The painter was the slowest I have ever seen.  He broke the lamp that I had let him use,  and left big globs of paint on the wall that I had to touch up.  I kept telling him to finish, that he was taking too long, but he would just grin at me and bob his head <br />I was charged for 5 hours, even though the painter was an hour late and took a half hour lunch break (I was charged for that time)
