I hired Pastrana from out of town to work on my rental property. I think that Pastrana was decent. I would hire them again. However, I was promised pictures of the painted house several times. And the painter failed to provide pictures on the first date he said he would provide them on. Then again on the second and third dates he said he would provide the photos he again failed to provide the photos. Thus I was highly disappointed that he didn't provide the photos in a timely manner as promised. I was in need of the photos quickly to submit to my insurance company. This caused significant inconvenience for me.

Victor, the owner of Pastrana Home Remodeling quoted a price for painting the exterior of my home. The price was reasonable and came in on budget with no hidden extras. Victor's employees were efficient and punctual. The finished product was beyond my expectations. Needless to say, I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a company for paint work.

Project: Repair Drywall
They did a great job. We had a heavy wall leak and Victor came in and did a good job repairing it. They came back a couple times to check on the leak. Even though the leak is not 100% fixed, it is a remarkable difference. They came back several times to re-fix. I thought for the price it was well worth it. Would recommend!

I live in Colorado but own a rental property in El Paso. Victor Pastrana was honest, organized and efficient. He gave me a free estimate and beat out two other companies with his bid, he worked with me on the dates that I needed the project done. I needed new updated colors and he helped me pick the best color for the home and something that would fit well with the neighborhood. When I arrived from Colorado they were doing a fantastic job and it was finished as promised in the time frame that he had quoted me. I strongly recommend the Pastrana Painters for anyone who wants great service!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The project was behind schedule,over budget,and the company left the home a total mess. The contractor will not return calls on job completion and installed the temp sink which is still in the bathroom. I may have to sue the contractor to get the bathroom finished. This was a terrible experience.

The working men were very easy to talk to and when I noticed something that I wanted done it was done before the day was over. Pastrana Remodeling is a very good company with excellent workmanship and they are on time daily. The owner Victor was managing other sites but was always present at my home throughout the day.
